In Miyota, Nagano — at the foot of Mt. Asama and within the quiet woodlands of Nishi-Karuizawa — stands a private rental villa reserved for you and your loved ones alone.
A space where the warmth of wood meets the texture of stone. Stillness at night, and a sky full of stars. Far from the noise of the city, simply rest and breathe deeply — that is the time we hope to offer.
Check-in is entirely self-service. At your own pace, as if it were your own second home, please make yourself completely at ease.

2 Bedrooms · 5 Semi-Double Beds
Two bedrooms — a 3-bed room and a 2-bed room (Hollywood Twin). Sleeps up to 6 guests. Each room has air conditioning, a TV, and a closet.
Full Kitchen
Gas stove, pots, pans, knives, cutting board, tableware, and basic seasonings (partial). Fully equipped for cooking your own meals.
Bathroom
Bathtub and shower. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, bath towels, and face towels are all provided.
Washer-Dryer
Washer-dryer with detergent provided — free to use during your stay. Please note: fabric softener and bleach are not provided. Kindly bring your own if needed.
Self Check-In
Smooth self check-in via QR code. Arrive at your convenience — no need to worry about timing (last entry 10:00 PM).
Bathroom & Amenities

Open the vanity mirror,
and you’ll find amenities neatly arranged inside.
Everything you might need while traveling is stored on the shelves behind the mirror. After you arrive, simply open the vanity mirror to find them. All items are individually wrapped.
The vanity mirror is a cabinet.
Pull the mirror toward you to reveal the amenity storage inside.
Please help yourself to anything you need.

Triple Semi-Double
3 Semi-Double Beds
A spacious bedroom with three semi-double beds. The wooden ceiling and soft lighting create a calm, restful atmosphere, while the windows frame the surrounding greenery for a gentle start to the morning.
Room B
Hollywood Twin
2 Semi-Double Beds
A Hollywood Twin with two semi-double beds placed side by side. Push them together for a king-size feel, or separate them as twins — a flexible room with a wood-grain ceiling and plenty of natural light.
Extra Bed
Futon (Extra Bed)
Living Room Use · 1 Set
In addition to the two bedrooms, one futon set is provided in the living room. Lay it out in the spacious living area by the stone wall and rug to use as an extra bed.
It is stored on the upper shelf of the closet in Room A (the 3-bed room). Open the closet and check the top shelf. Hangers and a luggage rack are also available for your use.

For a comfortable stay and out of consideration for our neighbors, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following.
Quiet Hours
Please keep noise to a minimum from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, including conversation and music outdoors, on the terrace, and in the parking area.
No Smoking
Smoking is prohibited indoors. Please use the designated outdoor area only.
No Pets
We regret that pets are not permitted on the premises.
No Open Fires or Fireworks
Open fires and fireworks are strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises. Thank you for helping ensure a safe stay for everyone.
